Bus Transportation in Hawaii

All about traveling by bus in Hawaii including local bus lines and bus tours on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island.

Oahu Bus Transportation
"The Bus" has 90 routes, 500 buses, and more then 4000 bus stops on the island of Oahu.

Big Island Bus Transportation
The "Hele On" bus line has routes within Kona and Hilo and routes that run all over the island, between Hilo and Kona in the east and west and between North Kohala and South Point.

Maui Bus Transportation
Since July 1, 2005, the Maui public bus transportation system has been funded by Maui County but operated by the Roberts Hawaii Tour Company. The official name of this service is the "Maui Bus".

Kauai Bus Transportation
The Kauai Bus operates a public fixed route bus service and a door-to-door shuttle service from Hanalei to Kekaha Monday through Saturday except on County holidays.
