Red White and Blue Parfait

?
Parfait Ingredients:
-2 packages of black cherry gelatin, 3 ounce size
-1 package of lemon gelatin, 3 ounce size
-2 packages of strawberry gelatin, 3 ounces each
-1 can of blueberry pie filling
-1 package of cream cheese, 8 ounce size
-1 container of whipped topping, 8 ounce size
-2 cups of frozen strawberries

Bottom (Blue) Layer Instructions:
Prepare black cherry gelatin using 2 cups of boiling water and one cup of cold water. Stir in blueberry pie filling. until is is very well mixed. Pour into glass baking dish or glass parfait glasses and chill in the refrigerator until firm.

Middle (White) Layer Instructions:
Prepare Lemon gelatin using one copy of boiling water. beat cream cheese into the lemon gelatin mixture until smooth. Set aside and allow to cool to room temperature. After the cream cheese mixture has cooled, gently fold in the whipped topping until thoroughly mixed. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the firm blueberry layer. Return the baking dish or parfair glasses to the refrigerator.

Top (Red) Layer Instructions:
Prepare the strawberry gelatin using 2 cups of boiling water and 1 cup of cold water. Stir in the frozen strawberries and mix thoroughly. Cool this mixture until it is room temperature, and pour it gently over the firmly set cream cheese layer. Return to the refriger and chill until the top layer is firm.

Serving Instructions
Serve the parfaits garnished with a dollop of whipped topping and a few blueberries. If you prepared the parfairs in a glass baking dish, cut into squares to serve.
