Famous Mai Tai Recipes

A Mai Tai is a tropical drink made with dark and light rum, orange liqueur, and usually either Orgeat Syrup, Falernum Syrup, or Grenedine. The first three recipes on this page were created by the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Trade Vic's Restaurant, and Don the Beachcomber Restaurant. The last Mai Tai recipe is a bit different then the others because it includes pineapple juice.
