Egg and Cheese Macaroni Salad
This macaroni salad recipe includes chopped boiled eggs,
shredded cheese, pickle relish, celery, onions, and cole
slaw dressing.
Salad Ingredients:
1 pound of elbow macaroni
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
Boiled egg and paprika for garnish (optional)
Dressing Ingredients:
1 cup cole slaw dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook macaroni according to the package directions,
rinse with cold water, drain well, and pour into
a large serving bowl. Chop the hard boiled eggs,
celery, and onions, and stir them into the macaroni.
Stir in the shredded cheese. Mix all of those
ingredients, and then stir in the pickle relish
and cole slaw dressing. Add salt and pepper to
taste and garnish the top with sliced boiled eggs
and paprika. Chill until served.
