Curried Cheese Plate

This curried cheese plate recipe is a mixture of cream cheese and cheddar cheese that is seasoned with sherry and curry, topped with a variety of condiments, and served it with crackers.

Cheese Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 tablespoons of sherry
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons of salt

    Topping Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mango chutney
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut

    Instructions:
  • Mix the cheese ingredients together and blend well. Line a pie pan or shallow mold with plastic wrap. Place the cheese mixture into the lined pan and spread it into a flat disc. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Unmold onto serving platter and garnish with the toppings. Serve with crackers.
