Curried Cheese Plate
This curried cheese plate recipe is a mixture of cream
cheese and cheddar cheese that is
seasoned with sherry and curry, topped with
a variety of condiments, and served it with crackers.
Cheese Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 tablespoons of sherry
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons of curry powder
1/2 teaspoons of salt
Topping Ingredients:
1 cup mango chutney
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup grated coconut
Instructions:
Mix the cheese ingredients together and blend well.
Line a pie pan or shallow mold with plastic wrap.
Place the cheese mixture into the lined pan and
spread it into a flat disc. Cover and chill at
least 4 hours. Unmold onto serving platter and
garnish with the toppings. Serve with crackers.
