Coconut Banana Coffee Cake
Ingredients in this coffee cake include Bisquick, coconut milk,
cream cheese, sliced bananas, and toasted coconut.
Ingredients:
2 cups of Bisquick baking mix
1 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1-3/4 cup of coconut milk
4 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla
8 ounces of Cream Cheese
1 ripe banana, sliced
1/2 cup freshly grated coconut, toasted
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the Bisquick, sugar
and baking powder, then add milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix
until well blended (if you use an electric mixer, use low speed).
Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray, and pour
batter into the pan. Slice cream cheese into 1/4 inch strips
and arrange them on top of the batter. Arrange sliced bananas
on top of the batter and cream cheese. Sprinkle with toasted
coconut. Bake 40-45 minutes, until golden-brown and firm.
