Chicken Macaroni Salad

This simple macaroni salad recipe includes chicken, cucumber, celery and onion in a mayonnaise dressing.

Salad Ingredients:
  • 1 cup uncooked macaroni
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped

    Dressing Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
