Chicken Adobo Recipe

Introduction...

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 2 slices of fresh ginger
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 8 chicken breast halves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions
    Remove skin from chicken breasts and place them in a pan. Add garlic, ginger, onion, bay leaves, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 150 degrees and cook for 20 more minutes. Serve with steamed rice and asian vegetables. Serves four.
