Caribbean Romance Recipe

A Caribbean Romance is a tropical drink made with rum, amaretto, orange juice, pineapple juice, and grenedine. The grenedine is floated on the top, and this Caribbean Romance recipe is garnished with an orange, lemon, or lime slice.

Caribbean Romance Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
  • 1 oz Amaretto
  • 1 1/2 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 splash Grenadine

    Caribbean Romance Instructions
    Mix the rum, Amaretto, orange juice, and pineapple juice, shake well with ice, and pour into highball glass. Float grenadine on top and garnish with an orange, lemon, or lime slice.
