After Eight Cocktail

The flavors in this green colored cocktail are based on the popular "After Eight" chocolate mints. Ingredients include vodka, vermouth, creme de cacao, and creme de menthe.


After Eight Cocktail Ingredients
  • 2 ounces of Vodka
  • 1 oz White Creme de Cacao
  • 1/2 ounce Green Creme de Menthe
  • 1/2 ounce of Vermouth

    After Eight Cocktail Instructions
    BEFORE MAKING THE COKTAIL: Dip the rim of the glass in creme de cacao and then in cocoa and allow to dry before using. MAKE THE COCKTAIL: Fill up a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and shake well. Strain the mixture into one of the cocoa-rimmed glasses.
