Waikiki Beachwalk Area Hotels

Information about hotels, condominiums, and timeshare units in the Waikiki Beachwalk area on the east end of Waikiki beach in Honolulu. Includes accommodations in several different price ranges.

Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk
Two Waikiki hotels - the Ohana Waikiki Village and Ohana Waikiki Tower - were renovated, joined together and turned into the Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk Hotel.

Ohana Islander Waikiki Hotel
The Ohana Islander Hotel closed in March of 2008 for a $40 million rennovation that is transforming the hotel from a 280-room budget hotel to a 131-room luxury boutique hotel with a rooftop pool and bar.

Beachwalk Area Hotels on the Beach

Outrigger Reef on the Beach Hotel
Located on the beach at the end of Waikiki Beach Walk, between the Halekulani Hotel and the Waikiki Shores Condominiums. Features Hawaiian music every evening in their poolside lobby bar and restaurant called the Kani Ka Pila Grille.

Waikiki Shore Condominiums
Most of these one and two bedroom condominium units have views over Fort Derussy Park and the southwest coast of Oahu. A few of the units have oceanfront views.

Luxurious and historic hotel on the beach.

Beachwalk Area Hotels Across From the Beach

Trump Waikiki Hotel
This luxury condominium building is still under construction but all 464 units were sold in the first eight hours they were put on the market, setting a new world record. When the building completed many of the units will probably be rented as hotel rooms.

Imperial Hawaii Vacation Club
Timeshare condominium building with studio, two bedroom, and two bedroom units (205 Lewers Street).

Waikiki Parc Hotel
Boutique hotel accross the street from the Halekulani Hotel that is operated by the same management. The lobby was renovated in 2006 and 2007 to add the world class Nobu Japanese Restaurant, which opened in May of 2007.

Other Waikiki Beachwalk Area Hotels

Hawaiiana Hotel
This moderately priced 93 room hotel near the Kalakaua Avenue end of Beach Walk has a low-rise courtyard design, a swimming pool, a cafe, and and an old Hawaii feel. Hotel rooms and a few one bedroom apartments are available for $120 to $250 per day.

Breakers Hotel
The Breakers is located next door to the above Hawaiiana and it also has a low rise courtyard design, a swimming pool, a cafe, and an old Hawaii feel. Room rates are between $120 and $250 per day.
