W Honolulu Hotel
Waikiki, Oahu, Hawaii

This hotel has 50 rooms. The hotel literature says the rooms have "spectacular views of Diamond head Crater and the Pacific Ocean" but given its location behind several buildings it is more likely to have obstructed views of the ocean and perhaps unobstructed views of Kapiolani Park and Diamond Head Crater. I say "perhaps" because I have not seen any wide shot photos of the views from the rooms in this hotel, even on the hotel's official Web site.

The hotel isone building away from the ocean and it does not have a swimming pool but San Souci Beach and Colony Surf Beach are only a few steps away.

The well-known Diamond Head Grill restaurant is located inside. The hotel.

The W Hotel Honolulu sits on 11,848 square feet of fee simple land and 16,598 square feet leased from several family trusts. It is located across the street from Kapiolani Park. The hotel has 46 hotel rooms, two suites overlooking the ocean, and a 2542 square foot penthouse suite with exceptional views. The Diamond Head Grill Restaurant is located on the second floor.

Things You Should Know
The W Hotel Honolulu is considered a luxury property and rates reflect that. The hotel is not on the beach or the waterfront but it is only one building away from the shore. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk from this hotel, through a dimly lit park, to the area of Waikiki where restaurants, shops, and nightclubs can be found.
