Inn at the Park Condominiums
Waikiki Oahu, Hawaii

Information about the Inn at the Park Condominiums in Waikiki on the island of Oahu in Hawaii.

This 21 floor building with 247 units is on Ala Moana Boulevard, across the street from Fort DeRully Park. The odd numbered units have ocean views and the even numbered units have mountain views. The Inn at the Park was originall built as a hotel but now all of the units have been converted into individually owned studio condominium units. Most of them only have kitchenettes, not full kitchens. The building was constructed in 1978. Most of the units abre about 280-320 square feet in size with 40 squre foot balconies.

-converted to condominium units
-indivually owned but some are rented as hotel rooms
-was a 1 star hotel

Attractions within walking distance of the Inn on the Park include Fort DeRussy Park, which is directly across the street, Fort DeRussy Beach Park the Hawaii Army Museum, and Duke Kahanamoku Beach,
