Hilton Hawaiian Village Conference Centers

Information the conference centers and meeting facilities at the Hilton Hawaiian Village resort on Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The largest meeting room at the resort is the 27,054 square foot Coral Ballroom in the Mid-Pacific Conference Center. It can accommodate up to 2,600 guests with banquet seating and 3800 guests with theater seating.

Mid-Pacific Conference Center
This is the largest conference center at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort. It is located in its own building between the Kalia Tower and the Lagoon Tower, near the Rainbow Bazaar shopping arcade. Facilities include the Coral Ballroom, Coral Lounge, Nautilus Suite, Sea Pearl Suite, South Pacific Ballroom, South Pacific Boardroom, Ti Leaf Room, a rooftop garden, and a parking lot.

Tapa Conference Center
Located in the Tapa Tower. Facilities include the 16,536 square foot Tapa Ballroom, the adjacent Palace Lounge, the Honolulu Suite, the Iolani Suite, and the Honolulu Lanai which can be configured to be used for coffee breaks, conference sessions, hospitality lounges, or offices.

Kalia Executive Conference Center
This 4,600 square foot conference center has five separate meeting rooms, each with an open-air lanai. Located in the Kalia Tower.
