Take-Out Thanksgiving Dinners on Oahu

Complete Thanksgiving take-out dinners, serving from 4 to 10 people, can be picked from several of Oahu's hotels, restaurants, and markets, but all of them must be ordered in advance. Before you finalize your order be sure to ask these questions so you won't be disappointed or unpleasantly surprised when you pick up your order (1) will the dinner be fully cooked or ready to cook? (2) will the turkey and side dishes be hot and ready to serve or cold and ready to heat? (3) how many people will the dinner serve? (4) What size is the turkey and is it a whole turkey? (5) What are the side dishes and what size are they, in pints or quarts? (6) Does the dinner come with a pie or other dessert? (7) When and where can the dinner be picked up?
