Public Fireworks Displays on Oahu

Where to find public aerial fireworks dispalsys on the island of Oahu in Hawaii

2009 Oahu 4th of July Fireworks Displays
I'm trying to confirm where there will be 2009 4th of July fireworks displays on Oahu, but you can get an idea of where they will probably take place by looking at last year: In 2008 There were Oahu fireworks displays in the following locations: (1) Aloha Tower Marketplace in Downtown Honolulu, (2) at Ala Moana Shopping Center in Honolulu, (3) at Maunalua Bay on the southeast coast of Oahu, (4) at BayFest at the Kaneohe Marine Corps Air Base, (5) in the town of Kailua on the eastern windward side of Oahu, and (5) at Turtle bay on Oahu's North Shore. 2009 UPDATE: In 2009 the Kailua Chamber of Commerce elected not to sponsor the Kailua fireworks show, and the event was tentatively canceled, but locals residents put up their own Web site to raise funds to revive it: Save Kailua Fireworks.

Waikiki Fireworks - Every Friday Night!
The Hilton Hawaiian Village resort on the Ala Moana end of Waikiki presents an aerial fireworks show every Friday night as part of their Friday night poolside hula show that also features a tribute to legenday surfer and Olympic gold medal winner Duke Kahanamoku. The hula performance usually begins at about 7:00 p.m. and the fireworks usually begin at about 7:45 p.m.
