Kalihi Children's Christmas Parade
DATE: November 28 2008
TIME: 6:00 pm
STARTS: Kalihi Union Church (2214 North King Street)

DESCRIPTION: More then 2000 pounds of candy is showered
on the crowd during this annual parade that typically
has about 100 marchers, 15 vehicles, 2 floats, and 3 bands.
The route begins at Kalihi Union Church and proceeds down
North King Street, Mokauea Street, Dillingham Boulevard, to Waiakamilo.

Waikiki Holiday Parade
The Waikiki Holiday Parade takes place every year
on the Friday evening after Thanksgiving and it
is a showcase event for marching bands from across
the United States. The parade usually begins at
Saratoga Road and Kalakaua and it proceeds down Kalakaua
Avenue and Monsarrat Avenue to Kapiolani Park. For the
