    Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant Closed
The Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort in Waikiki closed on February 3, 2008 after being in business for nearly 50 years. Specialty of the Golden Dragon's original chef Dai Joy Chiang include the Lobster Tail Stir-Fry with Curry Sauce which was served with Haupia. The restaurant's last chef was Chef Steve Chiang and one of his specialties was a chicken dish called Begger's Chicken that was baked in clay and broken open at a diner's table.
