The spa at the exclusive Halekulani Hotel in Waikiki first opened its doors on April 1, 2003. The spa is called simply SpaHalekulani and it was designed by Sylvia Sepielli and the ADI Design Group. The interior design was done by Mary Philpotts and Associates.

The spa has seven treatment rooms including two rooms designed for couples. One of the couples treatment rooms features a traditional Japanese Ofuro (wooden tub) and the other has a deluxe shower for two. In addition to the treatment rooms the spa has two manicure and pedicure stations, a full service hair salon, a spa shop, and indoor and outdoor relaxation areas.

SpaHalekulani offers a full range of spa services including massage, reflexology, body scrubs, body wraps, facials, nail care, and hair treatments. The Halekulani spa also sells a line of maile-scented hair and body products. The Halekulani's most luxurious treatment combination is their four hour "Heavenly Journey" package that includes the spa's signature foot pounding ritual, a body treatment, a massage, a light lunch, and a personalized facial. For more information about all of the treatments available at the Halekulani's spa, see the PDF format SpaHalekulani Treatment Menu.

The Halekulani's spa is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and in-room treatments are avaialable to hotel guests.
