Haleiwa Beach Park is located on the north shore of Oahu, within walking distance of the town of Haleiwa. The park has a narrow beach with light brown sand. The ocean bottom is rocky, so this is not the best place for swimming, but it is a popular spot for outrigger canoeing, and kayaking, and it is a water entrance spot for Puaena Point surfers.

On the east end of the beach park there is a seawall, a shade pavilion, a large grassy area, and picnic tables. The park also has two basketball courts, two volleyball courts, a children's playground. There is a war monument in the park that is dedicated to residents of the Waialua and Kahuku areas who died in World War II, the Korean War,and the Vietnam War.

The Park was dedicated in October of 1939 as Waialua Beach Park, but in 1948 the name was changed to Haliewa Beach Park at the request of the local residents.
