Waikiki Fitness Centers

A guide to gyms, fitness centers, and fitness clubs on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. If you are a visitor to Hawaii and you would like to work out or take a class at one of these clubs, call them first to find out if visitors can access their facilities. Note that many of the large hotels on Oahu also have fitness centers.

Many of the of the hotels in Waikiki have their own fitness centers, and some the largest workout rooms are at Waikiki's destination spa resorts. There is also at least one stand-alone health club in Waikiki.

Hotel Fitness Centers in Waikiki

Use of these Waikiki hotel fitness centers is not always free to hotel guests, so when you book your room, be sure to ask if your room rate includes unlimited use of the hotel fitness center.

Embassy Suites Fitness Center
The Embassy Suites at Waikiki Beach Walk hotel has a fitness center available to guests 24 hours a day. Equipment includes cardio machines, strength training equipment, stretching mats, free weights, and exercise balls.

Hilton Hawaiian Village Fitness Center
The Fitness Center at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort in Waikiki called the Mandara Spa and Fitness Center. There is usually a fitness center fee for both guests and non-guests. The center has cardio workout equipment with personal televisions and head;phones, free weights, drinking water, and room to stretch.

Sheraton Waikiki Fitness Center
The fitness center at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel is located on the 4th floor, it is open 24 hours a day, and hotel guests can enter using their hotel room key card. Equipment at the Sheraton Waikiki Gym includes treadmills, elypticals, stationary bicycles, benches, dumbells, and equipment for performing leg extensions, calf extensions, seated leg curls, chest press, shoulder press, rowing and read deltoids, back extensions, and flys.
