Tours of Chinatown Honolulu

Information about guided walking tours of Honolulu's historic Chinatown district.

Guided Honolulu Chinatown Tours

Walter Rhee Chinatown Food Tours
Chef and marine biologist Walter Rhee guides two walking tours of Chinatown Honolulu focused around the districts markets and restaurants. Two tours are available, an educational "Cook's Tour of Chinatown" is offered in the morning and an afternoon "Taste of Chinatown" food sampling tour is available in the afternoon.

Hawaii Heritage Center Tours
The Hawaii Heritage Center at 1040 Smith Street in Downtown Honolulu offers guided two hour walking tours of Chinatown. I believe the tours cost $10 and are offered two days a week, from 9:30 a.m.to 11:30 a.m. but call the center to confirm. For reservations or more information call 808-521-2749.
