Bishop Museum

The largest museum in Hawaii is located in the Kalihi
District of Honolulu. It has a large collection of ancient Polynesian
and Hawaiian artifacts as well as exhibits featuring the Hawaiian
Monarchy, Hawaii's missionary, plantation, and whaling history, and
the history of Hawaii's many different ethnic groups. The Bishop
Museum is also the home of the Jhamandas Watumull Planetarium,
one of the largest insect research centers in the world, the Hawaii
Sports Hall of Fame, and the Pacific Science Association.
