Oahu Bus Tour Operators

Information about companies offering bus sightseeing tours on the island of Oahu in Hawaii.

Oahu Bus Tour Operators

E Noa Tours

E Noa Tours was founded in 1973 and a they are the company that introduced the Waikiki Trolley. In May of 2003 E Noa signed a three year contract with the caretaker of the USS Missouri Battleship to provide visitor transportation to the attraction on Ford Island from different parts of Oahu.

Polynesian Adventure Tours
Polynesian Adventure Tours is the second largest tour bus company in Hawaii. The company was founded in 1977 by Robert George and Don Brown. They sold the business to Katayama in 1986, and in 2004 the Shig and Hana Katayama Living Trust sold the company to Norwegian Cruise Line for $5 million.

Roberts Hawaii Tours
Roberts Hawaii operates 1000 vehicles on all four of the largest Hawaiian Islands. The company was founded on the island of Kauai in 1941 by Robert Iwamoto, Sr. When he passed away his son Robert Iwamoto, Jr. became chief executive officer and his grandson Troy is the company's president and chief operating officer.

Gray Line Hawaii
The company known today as Gray Line Hawaii was founded in 1927 as Royal Hawaiian Transportation company. They became a Gray Line bus company in the 1950s. Roberts Hawaii became the Gray Line tour bus operator in 1997 but I believe Polynesian Adventure Tours is the Gray Line Operator now.

Surf Bus North Shore Activities Adventure
The Surf Bus will pick up at your hotel in Waikiki and take you to Oahu's north shore. Tour includes a 2.5 hour activity stop and a 1.5 hour lunch stop. During the activity stop participants can hike, bike, surf, bodyboard, snorkel, swim, kayak, take surfing lessons, or just lie on the beach. The second stop is in historic Haleiwa Town where tour participants can have lunch, explore the town, and shop. Tour price is about $50 to $120, depending on which activities you select. The Surf Bus is owned and operated by north shore surfers Justin Remais and Leila Alli. For more information about the North Shore Surf Bus call 808-226-7299.
