Maui Sailing Yacht Clubs
Lahaina Yacht Club
Maui Yacht club based at 835 Front Street
in Lahaina. Organizer of the annual Lahaina
Jackpot Fishing Tournament and co-organizer
of the bi-annual Canada to Hawaii Vic-Maui race.
Facilities include a club house, bar, and
restaurant.
Maui Boat and Yacht Club
A group of sailing enthusiasts who organize
races and workshops and host social events
for locals and visitors.
Maui Sailing Charters
Kamehameha Sails
Captain Tom Warren operates private sailing charters
on the "Kamehameha" a classic beach catamaran
designed and built by Woody Brown. Private
charters for couples, families, and small groups.
Based in slip 67 at Lahaina Harbor on the west
side of Maui.
Paragon Sailing Charters
Sailing and snorkeling tours to Molokini Island,
Lanai Island, Champagne Sunset Sails off of
Lahaina, and whale watching tours in season.
Operates the Paragon and the Paragon II, two
47 foot John Conser catamarans.
Owned and operated by the Barto family.
Based at Maalaea Harbor in maalaea Bay
on the south side of the Isthmus of Maui.
Sailing Maui Dot Com
Picnic snorkeling sails, sunset sails, Honolua Bay sails,
whale watching, and scuba diving sails on the 53
foot Kapalua Kai sailing catamaran. Private charter sails
are available on the Kapalua Kai and also on Shangri La,
a 65 foot luxury sailing catamaran. owned and
operated by Captain Peter Wood since 1975. Several
different wedding packages are also available.
Scotch Mist Sailing Charters
Snorkeling tours, sunset sails, whalewatching sails
in season, an private charters on the 50 foot Scotch
Mist II sailing yacht. Based in Slip #2 at Lahaina Harbor.
Trilogy Excursions
This sailing excursion company is based in Lahaina and they have a fleet of six sailing catamarans
from 50 to 64 feet long, and one 32 foot rigid inflatable vessel.
Sailing tours include all-day trips to the island of Lanai,
half day trips to Molokini and Honolua Bay, scuba diving
tours, rafting tours, sunset sails, and whalewatching trips.
Tours depart from Maui's Kaanapali Beach.
