Port Allen Small Boat Harbor
This port on the south coast of Kauai is located in Hanapepe Bay, and it has 34 births and a boat launching ramp. Port Allen Harbor is a deep-water port named after Samuel C. Allen, a businessman who funded improvements to the port, which at the time was called Ele'ele Landing. Mr Allen owned a lumber business and he hoped to turn Ele'ele Landing into Kauai's largest seaport.
