Kalapaki Beach is located on the west side of Nawiliwili Park, near the town of Lihue, on the east coast of Kauai. It is the beach in front of the Kauai Marriott Resort. Kalapaki Beach has a sandy bottom, is popular for swimming and surfing, but water conditions can be dangerous when the surf is high.
