Hoolehua Town
The community of Hoolehua is an unincorporated area of Maui County located on the island of Molokai next to the Molokai Airport. Hoolehua has a post office and its own zip code: 96729.

Kalaupapa Village
The village of Kalaupapa is located on the Kalaupapa Peninsula, on the north central coast of Molokai, at the base of one ofthe highest seacliffs in the world. Kalaupapa is most famous as the site of the Hansen's disease settlement where Father Damien of Belgium settled in 1873.

Kaunakakai Town
The largest community inon Molokai is Kaunakakai on the island's south central coast. Kaunakakai is a census designated place within Maui County. In 2010 its population was about 3,400.

Kualapuu Town
The community of Kualapuu is a census designated place in Maui County that is located in the center of Molokai Island. As of the 2000 census, the population of Lualapuu was bout 1900 people. Kualapuu was once a pineapple cannery village but today it is the home of a coffee plantation and a 1.4 billion gallon water reservoir.

Maunaloa Town
In 2000 the population of Maunaloa, a census designated place in Maui County, was about 230 people. Maunaloa is located in an upcountry inland part of west Molokai.
