Trilogy's Ocean Kayak Adventure
Several years ago Trilogy offered a five to seven hour kayaking tour on Lanai, but I'm not sure they are still offering those tours. The tours began and ended at the Manele Bay Hotel and they included paddling along the sea cliffs of Lanai's south shore, or paddling north to see the longest barrier reefs in Hawaii.
