Hiking Tours of the Waipio Valley
I don't believe there are any companies offering commercial hiking tours inside the Wapio Valley but two tour companies offer tours on Waipio Valley rim trails, Hawaii Forest and Trail and Hawaiian Walkways.

Horseback Tours of the Waipio Valley
Waipio Valley horseback riding tours are offered by Naalapa Stables, Waipio Ridge Stables, and a a company called Waipio on Horseback.
