Hulihee Palace Concert Series
Once a month there is a free late afternoon
concert on oceanside lanai of the Hulihee Palace
in Kailua-Kona. Each concert honors a different
member of the Hawaiian Royal Family.
King's Shops at Waikoloa
There are Hawaiian music and hula performances
on the center stage at the King's Shops
on the grounds of the Waikoloa Resort almost
every day of the week. Hawaiian
music artists who perform regularly at the
Kings Shops include John Keawe, Kunia Galdeira,
The Kupukaas, and the Wailana Trio
Kona Village Hawaiian Music
The Kona Village Resort features live Hawaiian
music at its weekly Paniolo Night Barbecue and
a variety of Polynesian music and dancing
at it's weekly luau, Call 808-325-5555
for more information about Hawaiian Music
at the Kona Village resort. Note that Kona
Village is usually closed to outside visitors
so you should always call to arrange for a
pass before you drive onto the resort grounds.
Kona Brewing Company
This restaurant in Kailua-Kona features
live music every Sunday at sunset.
Hawaiian music artists John Keawe and
Kai Nui perform here regularly and so
do local blues, reggae, and contemporary popular music artists.
