Splurge and treat yourself to an fabulous, over-the-top day by doing something you've always wanted to do, but felt guilty spending the money. Here are some ideas to get you started...

    Help Someone Else Who's Feeling Lonely
    Volunteer at a local hospice or homeless shelter, or walk around town looking for lonely senior citizens or other lonely travelers. You can often bring yourself out of a funk by helping someone else out of theirs.

    Taking a long hard run, hike, swim, or kayak is a great way to snap yourself out of feeling down and burn off calories at the same time. Reward yourself afterward with a long scented bath or a 90 minute massage.
