Whale Sanctuary Ocean Count
The last Saturday of January, February, and March
is a day Hawaii volunteer visitors and residents
can help count the whales in the Hawaiian Islands
Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary and
record their behavior. The count takes place
on Oahu Island, Hawaii Island, and Kauai Island.
Volunteers must register in advance to participate.
