Licensed in June of 2016. Specializes in distilling spirits using Hawaii's fruits and herbs. They have produced gins, Korean soju, liqueurs, vodkas, and whiskies flavored with apple, bacon, black pepper, chocolate, coffee, ginger, honey, tea, turmeric, lilikoi (passion fruit), orange, and nori seaweed. Located near Honolulu Harbor and just east of the Honolulu Airport at 1210 Dillingham Boulevard in the Kalihi neighborhood of Honolulu on the south side of Oahu Island.

Producer of plain and coconut flavored vodkas made from sugar cane and a "Hawaiian Moonshine" made from sugar cane and ti root. Located at in Honolulu on the south side of Oahu Island. Located about 30 miles east of Downtown Honolulu, in the Hawaii Kai area, at 577 Pakala Street on the south side of Oahu Island.

Kohana Rum by Manulele Distillers
Produces the Kohana brand agricole rum, which is a rum made from sugar cane juice. Offers a Rum Tasting Tour to visitors that begin with a glass of fresh squeezed sugar cane juice, an observation deck with view2s of Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor and the Waianae Mountains, abd an aquaponic farm. Also includes a narrated visit to their still, a walk through their sugar cane garden, and concluding with a visit to their tasting bar. Located at 92-1770 Kunia Road in the unincorporated local community of Kunia Camp, just west of Mililani Town about 20 miles northwest of Honolulu in the central region of the Island of Oahu.
